Button-Front Blouse

Button front, long sleeved blouse. Black and white polyester crêpe fabric. Vintage, purchased new about 10 years ago and never worn. Therefore, it is in like-new condition. Runs small. Label says size 18. Flat measurement from armpit to armpit is 21 inches. The blouse’s size in current day sizing is probably no larger than 16 rather than the size 18 on the label.
