Button down flowered top

Button down light weight two toned white striped & pink l/green flowered top. Tag says X-Large. I tried it on and took a pic. I'm a women's 4 this fits like a women's 4 (Small) even if it was a juniors sizing it is still not right. I would say this is semi sheer but sheer is not the best word to describe. It's not see through just a thinner lightweight type shirt. Very pretty!
