Button Up Smocked Waist Floral Print Blouse

I LOVE this top, but it's just a bit snug on me, so I don't reach for it. I'm hoping someone else can enjoy it rather than it sitting in my closet. I've worn this once, maybe twice, so it's in great condition. Back has a smocked waist. Buttons are the same fabric as the top which is so cute. Sleeves have tie detail at the hem. Waist is a fit and flare or peplum style.
