Butterscotch Leather Vintage Nordic Style Tasseled Boots - Size 38

These boots have a handmade feel and a charming elfin splendor about them. I can’t really date them exactly but the tassels in back and the butterscotch color scream 1970s to me. From my research they seem to be a traditional Finnish style of boot. They are are unlined. There is no maker label. Condition is quite good. They actually seem never to have been worn. They have some water spotting but not major - see final photo. They are marked 38 which translates to somewhere between a US 7 1/2 and 8. I had a woman who wears a 7 1/2 try them and she felt they were a bit spacious so I have marked them as an 8.
