Butterfly Peter pan collar peplum top large

Adorable collar, yiu can wear under sweaters, with skirt, jeans, anything. I love this top but haven't worn it in a while, my loss your gain. It hem above the zipper is starting to go but should be a quick fix. Would fit a large or a busty medium.
