I Removed a pair from the package to take pictures of the item you will receive and then they went back in their protective wrapping. The sizes in this batch run small. IMO, the Small is an Extra Small, Medium is a Small, and so on. They recommend Hand Washing, but who has time for that? I wear these myself and I wash them in my washing machine. I place them in zippered laundry bags, that go from the washer straight to the dryer on Low heat. If you prefer to hand wash them, then hand wash them. I just like to pass along tips that make my life easier, with hopes that they will help you too. If you’ve shopped for any kind of shape wear, you know how expensive they are!
