@ljpilgrim it is the inside of the hood near the base of the neck. It looks like it is from a helmet/goggles rubbing. I never wore the jacket bc it was too small.

@jennyhylland ohhh ok makes sense. Does the bottom have a snap to keep the under layer closed? Does that make sense?
