The debate begins... is this a Sea Captain or a Pirate? Whatever he is, this weirdo is wonderful. He is made by Burton & Burton. His body is approximately 5" tall and will his legs, he's approximately 11 inches. He has an impressive red handlebar mustache and is holding a spy glass. He is wacky and wonderful.
