Burning Torch S? striped cropped sleeve blazer with floral lining

Possibly vintage striped cropped sleeve blazer with floral back lining, ruffled sleeve trim and beaded exterior pockets. Please see photos for condition: lower button is loose and there are some discolorations in the lining (possibly rust from a hanger) as well as a small spot on lapel edge. Jacket is marked "P" which I believe to refer to small in French or Spanish. The measurements are included in photos.
