Burning Torch | Anthropology Striped Cotton Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cheshire713. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. 32.5 length length. You can see from the pictures it has a white/off white base with pink, blue and green striping. Very fun and fancy embellishments as is typical of burning torch clothing.
