Particularly from the mid 20th century Black & White Polka dots Diagonal stripes Nylon or Silk blend 23" × 23" The brand "Burmel" was known for producing handkerchiefs & scarves from at least the 1930s to the early 1980s Many of there scarves were made in Japan and some in Italy
