Burgundy thread over black chenille short jacket with 3 large front buttons and V-neck by First Option. It was always one of my favorites to wear - especially during the holidays. It is loose at waistline with hem right about an inch below the waist. Has shoulder pads. Never wrinkles and always looks great. Acrylic and Polyester. Can gentle cycle wash and hang dry. Great to wear with black pants or skirt. Looks dressy but not flashy. Neck- Hem: 19" Shoulder-shoulder: 16.5" Sleeve: 22" Bottom circumference: 36"
