The collar, cuffs, and bottom are casually rolled up. It is a size petite. It is 78% acrylic 18% polyester 4% wool. It is washable.22” top to bottom,17.5”pit to pit, 3” shoulder,22” shoulder to wrist,and 17”pit to wrist. It is not snug so even a smaller medium could fit. Just look at the measurements.
