This is a gorgeous burgundy ruffle blouse from Dip of Darling. When I purchased it did not fit, now that I’ve lost weight, it’s too big. 🤷🏻♀️ it’s boutique sizing that threw me off. Says 3X but fit more like 1X. Measurements across chest were 25” and length was 26”. Sleeves are 3/4 length with ruffles at the end. Super cute and I’m bummed I can’t keep.
