Burgundy dress w/bell sleeves, circa 60s to 70s, sz 10 good condition

Vintage (Circa 60s to 70s) We Two Originals burgundy dress with slitted bell sleeves. Purchased during that era at a high end fashion boutique in Allentown, PA . Very fashionable in that era! The dress was very lightly worn at that time (please see photos of tags) and has been in storage since then. No fabric tag, but feels like polyester. Size 10= 16.5 inches armpit to armpit., 26 inches waist, 33 inches hips, 57.5 inches total length, 17 inches sleeve at inner seam. There is a 1/4 inch fabric tear on top/back of right sleeve which can be mended or covered with a blingy pin. Under left chest dart, very small darkening of fabric, unnoticeable unless dart is pulled apart. Has not been treated with Oxiclean. Otherwise, in very good condition for a dress of this vintage. Beautiful belted (or not), during holidays or other festive occasions.
