I wore this dress to a pageant event, it's a elegant dress that fits many occasions. Brand: Ark & Co. Damage: There is a loose thread by the top of the zipper and the zipper paint is a little chipped. Size: Small with a tight waist at 25" I have pets, don't recommend for anyone with dog or cat allergies.
