The waist has a Gold shimmer soutache design that joins the gathers of Gold Shimmer skirt. The skirt has an Ivory mesh tulle which overlays a Gold Lamé Liner , creating a magical ethereal look. The sides of the waist have a shimmery Gold Grosgrain ribbon sash that ties in the back.
