Rich burgundy wool jacket with poly zippered sweater liner for comfort. Gorgeous coat. I tried to keep it but alas, not my size. Super warm. Fab with leggings or jeans or sassy over a dress with boots. Had this dry cleaned. Not worn since.

deutschemaedel The sizes have been very different from article to article. Could you please tell me the bust measurement. Worried it won't be my size either:-)

denagassner @deutschemaedel above the top buttons laying flat, from side to side is 22”. So it’s a total round of 44”? Does that help?

deutschemaedel It helps, but it doesn't make me happy :-( I need 50 inches) I usually wear an xxl or a 1x in stores. These size differences are really depressing. I love this jacket!

denagassner @deutschemaedel I can say it has some bulk in the chest. I think it could work. But it’s smaller in the bottom. Bomber style. If you’d like? I’d be happy to consider a return if it doesn’t fit. It’s fantastic. And I had it cleaned so ready to wear.

deutschemaedel Tell me when you get home :-) No kidding! What do you teach? I long termed History and German for 6 mths. Then after UGA masters I taught Graphic Arts at a HS for 2 years. Then I taught Art, all three sciences - Physical, Life, and Earth and Gifted 6th,7th,8th Language arts for 17 years before being told I was too NICE! I wasn't actually too nice until I no longer taught gifted - I have the GREATEST respect for anyone in the classroom today - even more so with COVID - I'm retired (old).

deutschemaedel Sorry! I got carried away. I've been pretty much a hermit since I've retired. And my mother lives with me now - I love her dearly and am glad for the time I still have with her - but she does require my presence. Here I go again....
