This is a fabulously fun warm winter cozy poncho in Burgandy. It is made byM Haddad. It is similar to a polar fleece in looks and how the material feels. There is a fringed edge all around the bottom of fringes 2" The bust line measures 58" side to side. Across the cowl neck it is 7.5". The fringe is 2" long.
