Burberry wristlet - black leather - (locking file iPad?) authenticity paper

Bought this through goodwills online store. Was not what I expected. I thought it would be the size of a wallet. This is the size of a filing folder (see image). It is in great condition, protective plastic still on metal bit where lock/clasp are. The lock unlocks the file wallet/folder See authenticity paper that came with it.
