Burberry sunglasses, need repair, case included

The front two screws popped the second time I wore these. They're in otherwise amazing condition, but they were a gift so I couldn't return them after they broke. they are teal, plaid, and transparent purple. They were amazing before they broke, but I don't have the skill to fix them.
