Burberry stainless silver watch - scratched face

Burberry watch loved and used. Needs a new battery and has some scratches, especially on the face. Tried to capture them in the pictures. The last picture shows the scratches the most. Not sure if a jeweler could replace the face?? Please look at pics closely before buying. Priced accordingly.
