Burberry kids white T-shirt embroidered sequins star with stripes size 14

Very rare Burberry T-shirt White with sequin embroidered star on front There is a spot on the back of shirt. I tried to clean with different cleaning supplies with no luck. The spot is inside the shirt side. Not sure if dry cleaners can remove this spot. Perhaps some other embroidery can be placed over that spot,to hide. Other ways shirt in great condition 100% luxury cotton Se ll as is Fits women’s XS size as well
