I also asked them to double check for the serial number. I have worked in the luxury pre-loved industry sine 2011 and I can confirm with you that not all Burberry bags come with a serial number. From the look of it and from me seeing it while I was working in processing items, I would say it must be a model that was produced 10-15 years old.
