haleyslifestyle @sovie13 hi. Neimans has a 30 day return policy. I thought it was 60 days and I went on 2 trips back to back thinking I had time when I got back from the 2nd trip. It’s a beautiful classic Burberry coat but I ordered a long and they sent me a short. Unfortunately they wouldn’t budge on the 30 day policy, not even to exchange it for the correct item.
