Sizing wise, is this a true USA 4, or does it fit smaller than that?

@terellweg I would say it is a true US 4 but fitted. I have an athletic build ams typically wear a size 2 pants. I like that it is not too tight through the shoulders but is fitted has some shape to the waist. The tailoring makes it a beautiful fitting coat. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
