Bag has multiple flaws. Leather area has been painted black using high quality leather paint and sealed. Interior lining was peeling so it has been completely removed and bag is ready for immediate use. Original waist strap was not salvageable so replacement chain pictured is not original to the bag. There is an small area at the base of the bag that I repainted and sealed due to excessive wear there Hardware is all functional. This beauty is ready for her new owner and saved from ending up in a landfill somewhere.
