ashley_lauren_p @shopaholic_1_4 No flaws, in perfect condition. Shoulder to shoulder, 16”; bottom of back collar to bottom of coat, 38.5”; waist with coat buttoned, 13”, under sleeve to under sleeve, just about 18”. Any other areas you need measured?

ashley_lauren_p @shopaholic_1_4 I feel like the measurement from under each sleeve of almost 18” goes right over the chest. I think it fits like a size 2.
