Purchased these shoes for my son's 5th Grade promotion and has worn them twice. Note as my son is a child there are scuff marks on the shoes; minor wear. Nothing a good cobbler can't fix.

hi, I tried these on today in a size 40 and they were a bit snug. I'm pretty sure that a 40.5 will fit me, although I'm not totally positive. In the event that I buy these and they are still too tight, do you do returns? Thanks.
