Burberry Jacket Liner Quilted Vest Blazer Inner Thingy

Honestly, I have no idea what this is. I am sure it is likely the inner vest or liner of some coat or jacket. No idea if it is men’s or women’s. Obviously, I do not have the jacket it belongs to Overall condition is great. Only thing I could find wrong with it is this a super small discoloration (pictured). Other than that, looks pretty much perfect Size 10 US [YB11-0286]
