Bundle of Collectible & Official Rare NCIS Patch & Coin. Was given to me by someone in the NCIS and it's collecting dust in a drawer. These are traded among law enforcement and given as gifts for those who work with law enforcement. They are NOT to be used as fake law enforcement identity. Not that I am trying to give anyone ideas.
