Like new vest only worn once with no pins or patches attached. -Vest Measurements: Width (across from pit to pit): 19" Length (shoulder to hemline): 18.5" 25 assorted patches. -Some are still attached to popsicle sticks from when they were presented to my scout in a badge bouquet, some still in package. -None have been attached to a uniform. -Badges with the year on them are dated between 2015-2017. -Please zoom in to photos to better see condition and details of badges.
