days_delights Good morning, my name is Day Rawls a I'm a seller on Poshmark. A newPosher purchased a handbag from me that has since been damaged & I am trying to contact the buyer via the Poshmark platform to let her know of additional damage to the item she purchased, prior to me mailing it to her. I can't determine how to send her a message, she is a new Posher. Can you instruct me on how to email her?

days_delights @simonemonet670. Yes i know I cant send her a private email and should tag her with @ and her Posh email.like you did me, but where in the listing will I do that? I just don't get it. I clicked on my listing (handbag) that she purchased but there is nowhere to send her a message. She's new & has no items for sale or post. I went to her page, but saw nowhere to email her. I contacted customer support and they told me to click on the listing and send her an email
