amandass Super sorry. I ended up with an infection in my incision and needed a drain put in. I didnt leave the house much. I live out of town but will try making it to a near by library tomorrow to print off shipping address. I don't have a computer with Internet at my house; that's what's been holding me back. I don't know if I can change the price and if not I'll throw in a couple "gifts" for my terrible service.
