The dress features black feathers around the neck (that tend to shed,) black mesh puff sleeves with elastic cuffs, and a tutu-like bottom with layers and mesh that make it "poof" out. The wings have gold and black glitter to make them sparkly, as well as more black feathers (for lack of a better word!)
