This is Bullwinkle from the classic Rocky and Bullwinkle and friends cartoon collection by Stuffins. 1999 vintage. Good condition. Has been cleaned. He has white gloves, flat plastic eyes, antlers, and is holding a red fuzzy sign that says, "Wossamotta U." Sold as is. All sales final.
