Bullhead Dark Wash Slim Bootcut Jeans

I bought these from another posher but sadly they don't fit me. They are in teally good condition and worn only a handful of times by previous owner. They are a size 3S in bullhead. I wear a 2 in Levi's but I checked bullhead sizes and I'd be a 5 in their sizing chart. Measurements for bullhead size 3 are: waist- 25', hip- 35 1/2, thigh- 20 1/2. They are short. I'm 5'4 and height wise they fit me perfectly. They are just 1 inch too tight on the hips for me =(
