One side of the vest is nylon and one side of the vest is a quilted cotton both sides have pockets there is ripping around the neck and the bottom The cotton side has a little bit of pilling started that could easily be taken care of by a cleaner I just haven't taken it in the nylon side is in great condition This is a size small
