Buffalo David Bitton bootcut jeans size 28

Buffalo David Bitton Miami-X Bootcut jeans in dark wash with fading and whiskering There are a couple of flaws, otherwise the jeans are in very good shape. Flaws are shown in the last two pictures: seam is coming undone near the crotch area that can be easily fixed and there are a few yellow stains on the left leg, not very noticeable, please see pictures Size 28 , they seem to be smaller than a 28, more like a 26 based on measurements Reasonable offers welcome
