Flowing dress in white with a stars pattern. The fabric is a sheer “chiffon” that is also lined in white to above the knee. There is a tie at the neck that can be tied or left undone. The hem is a dramatic length int h back and high in the front. Sleeveless. Fun for the summer or vacation! The tags says it is a M / L. I wore it as a Large.
