Buckle CRTV / SCTY collectively created individually expressed fringe top

I bought this at Buckle store for an event about 15 yrs ago and only wore it once. I kept it in a garment bag to preserve its beauty. It should go to a good home and get some use. The fringe is silky, soft and drapes like a dream. Open front cardigan style. Unique thick, black floral embroidery throughout. Like new condition. Showstopper!
