mollymaxwell6 Question: Are these Women’s hats? Are they for actual use in the rain , OR, as an accessory to an outfit? Also, please post the sizes because it’s impossible “to guess” if they are made for a teen, a grown woman, etc. Head sizes vary. PLEASE And THANK YOU.
