Buchan Stoneware Thistleware Open Soup Bowl Rare Find

I knew this had to be something special, and I wasn’t wrong. This piece just felt like it was well made. It’s a piece of Thistleware by Buchan in Portobello, Scotland. Their Portobello Pottery or Stoneware is highly sought after. I’m calling this an open soup bowl because that’s what it was called online. Replacements has some pieces, but I couldn’t find this one. It measures 6.25” x 4” x 1.5”. The colors on the inside of the dish are greens. This piece is so beautiful, it makes you want more. It can be a starter piece, or trinket bowl. Great gift!
