White and gold spaghetti strap dress with white embroidered flowers and gold sequins at the top, white tulle overlay at the bottom and belt loops on the waist, buttoned back and an attached bow that ties in the back. Size 8 youth. Measures 13” from underarm to underarm and 36” from shoulder to hem. Fabric says 100% cotton but it looks and feels like polyester. Machine washable. NWOT
