Manufacturer: Bryce Brothers, a glass manufacturing company.  Location: The company originated in 1850 in Birmingham, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and later moved to Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. The specific pitcher pattern was made by Bryce Brothers of Pittsburgh, PA.  Time Period: The "Atlas" pattern was produced for a very short period, specifically from 1889 to 1891.  Type of Glassware: Bryce Brothers were known for producing blown crystal glassware. The pitcher is also described as "Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG)," which is a type of pressed Pattern: Atlas Clear, sometimes also referred to as "Crystal Ball" due to the distinctive ball design on the base.
