Brushed Merino Wool Blend Natural Fiber Hand Spun Yarn Lot
This listing is for 5 varying size balls of hand spun natural wool yarn. I don't have content tags. These are natural fiber based- I have a huge collection but I tend to buy small lot natural fiber yarn and these are definitely a merino wool blend that is brushed and has a very similar look to mohair. Most of my natural yarn comes from small mills in western North Carolina. These were from a larger project and I simply overbought because I wanted to ensure I would have plenty from the same dye lot- smaller mills tend to have a lot of variance in their colors. I can tell that this mill used a blend rather than pure merino wool but it does give it a nice variation in yarn weight for a really great natural look.
Color: Winter white. Not a bright white but not quite a true ivory
Since they are balled it is difficult to be able to give a proper yardage. Tape measure as well as my hand for reference but let me know if you have questions. .120 lbs
These are beautiful and perfect for you next crafting adventure!
If you need any other photos please just let me know. I have a bit of a yarn obsession and I'm thinning out my yarn closet (yes a full closet!) Check out my other listing if you are a yarn-lover like me!

What is the weight, maybe I missed, it. Is it worsted, dk, sport, fingering? approximate needle or hook range would help. Then I can gauge what to make out of it. Thanks much, when you get to it.

@eclecticvanity Hello, and thanks for reaching out. I happy to help if I can. They came from a small mill so there were not any tags. It's thinner than a worsted weight I used needle sizes 6-9 on this. If there is something else I can provide for you, just let me know!

@jnmunday thank you! Sadly I’d need more for the project I’m thinking of, but I hope this helps someone else!
