Bruno Magli Rare Size 9N (Narrow) Men's handmade leather Kiltie Tassel Loafer. These RARE narrow width hand-made loafers were worn by my dad, who wore these shoes with many stylish suits and dapper attire. Although a men's size 9 is common, a Mens 9N is a very rare find because today's shoe manufacturers no longer produce narrow widths. Instead, mass produces a standard (wider) shoe to fit the majority. To convert a men's shoe size to a women's shoe size, just add 1.5 to a men's shoe size.. Therefore, this men's size 9N converts to a women's size 10 1/2 standard. STATUS: previously worn/good condition
