Features a fully functional bucket arm that can be raised, lowered, and tilted. Has articulated steering and large treaded tires suitable for indoor or outdoor play. Recommended for ages 2+. There is some yellowing to the plastic. The stickers are all lifting. There is dirt debris in the crevices as this was used outside. I have given it a wipe down. Scuffs and scratches consistent with moderate playwear. The front scoop is broken, but a new one has been purchased (for $12) and is included in the listing, in the original packaging.
