howdy from Louisville what is the fabric if known thank you ma'am and the chest measurement and the waist measurement

@composer778 it's 56% cotton, 43% polyester 1% spandex. Lining is 100% polyester. I am not great at measuring jackets.. but I think the chest is 16' and the waist is 15".
