Brown star hat by Rakel J

I purchased this from a boutique that does not disclose the sizes of their hats. You can add weather stripping, but for this one you would already need to wear a large/xl to make the weather stripping work in the inner liner. Lesson learned 😢. It is an XXL and I only wear a small/medium hat. It is hand painted and gorgeous!
